General Information

Is there a fee to join?

There is no membership fee, but you will be charged 27.95 (plus the price of your add-on items if any) each month on the date of your initial subscription for your Surprise Sparkle Box.

How Does A Sparkle Box Membership Work?

It's easy! Choose the Sparkle Box of your choice (Classy, Sassy, or Eclectic), then choose your add ons (if you want them) and you will be sent all of your items each month on your stated ship date. Add ons must be added each month 4 days prior to your ship date to be included with your Surprise Sparkle Box free shipping.  

What if I want to receive more than 3 pieces of jewelry each month?

You can choose an add on items to your Sparkle Box that includes free shipping if you choose items at least 4 days prior to your ship date.  

If you choose add on items to ship another day, you simply pay a minimal shipping fee of $3.95 for every 3 items.

What is Sparkle Box?

Sparkle Box is a once monthly subscription surprise box of 3 pieces of jewelry at a retail value over $55 that you pay only $27.95 for.

How much does a Sparkle Box cost?

$27.95 (shipping and sales tax included) unless your order includes add on items.  Free shipping for add on items if it ships with your Sparkle Box, otherwise, you can order add on items any time and simply pay a minimal shipping fee of $3.95 per 3 items.

Refund/Return Policy

You may return an item or items from your Surprise Sparkle Box Membership for an $8 credit to your Sparkle Box account for a future purchase of add on items only. The return MUST be started within 7 days of receiving your Sparkle Box. Item must be unworn, with tags attached. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for boxes already paid for. To begin the return process, please send an email to

How are the items chosen for Sparkle Box?

We hand choose each item in every Sparkle Box every month based on current trends, our favorite styles, and your ongoing faves in your Sparkle Box. As we get to know you, we will tailor your Sparkle Box more and more to your style each month.  When you sign up you will answer a few questions to narrow down your style and you will also have a place to give us some notes about yourself.  We are a personal service oriented company and happy to match your style as best we can.  So please give us as many details as you can!

What is the difference between the Sassy, Classy, and Eclectic Sparkle Boxes?

Classy Sparkle Boxes will contain classic pieces for your collection. They will tend to be more subdued, dainty, and neutral. You can choose for the items to be gold or silver. The Sparkle Factor will be low and these items will be about complimenting your outfit instead of making your outfit.

Sassy Sparkle Boxes will contain more trendy items than Classy Sparkle Boxes. The items will be bigger, bolder, and make a statement when you wear them. You can choose for the items to be gold or silver. The Sparkle Factor will be high and these pieces will be noticeable.

Eclectic Sparkle Boxes will contain a combination of Sassy and Classy items, and may contain varied and bold colors. Eclectic Boxes will also contain a variety of metals, beads, tassels, and otherwise unique details.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We will always take the utmost care in packaging each of your items, and we always check that each box is secured tightly. We receive every item in new condition and expect to ship them in the same quality to our subscribers. However, as a result of rough handling in long shipping periods, our boxes may be susceptible to damage. 

Please email us at and attach a photo of the damaged item so we can send either an exact replacement, or an agreed-upon similar replacement as soon as possible.  We may also send you a return label so we can inspect the item against any further manufacturing errors.

How can I access my account?

After you have chosen a subscription option, you'll be required to create a Sparkle Box account at checkout. Any time you want to check on your order, change your subscription, or skip a shipment, you can sign into your account by clicking on the account icon in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website and "Logging In."

Where can I find my membership settings?

Login to your account from the upper right hand corner of any page on and choose "Account Settings."

How can I change my Sparkle Box from Classy to Sassy or Eclectic, or add/remove add on items.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Login to your account from the upper right hand corner of any page of our website and choose to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel a box that has already been sent, only your future subscription.

What's my account for?

In your account, you can update your contact information, shipping information, credit card information, and password. You can also manage your subscriptions, including add ons, cancellation, or shipment skipping.

I have a subscription, why can't I log into my account?

Problems with account logins might be due to an incorrect password or email. If you can't remember your password, click on the "forgot password" option on the login page after clicking on the account icon in the upper right hand corner of every page on our website, and a password reset link will be sent to the email address you used when subscribing to Sparkle Box. In the case that you do not receive an email, please check that the email address you typed in was the correct one associated with your account and was not typed incorrectly. If it is correct, check the Spam Folder in your e-mail. The reset e-mail also may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. If none of these suggestions fix the issue, please contact us at and we will do our best to resolve the problem with you.

How can I update my credit card information?

First, log into your account. Then go o the credit card section and click the EDIT button.

Billing and Renewal

How do renewals work?

When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the Sparkle Box monthly subscription and any one time add ons you may have selected. You will be charged each month on the day of shipment. You can log in 4 days before your shipping date to select one time add on items that will ship with your Surprise Sparkle Box and include free shipping.

I didn't receive a box for this month. Why did my subscription not renew or why was I not sent my current subscription?

Insufficient funds and bank transaction blocks are two main reasons for why this happens. You should have received an email from us explaining the shipping delay.  If not, feel free to email us at  We also recommend checking in with your bank and/or payment information to make sure everything is up to date or your bank/credit company has not blocked transactions from Sparkle Box (Vanya Marie LLC). Please do not consider a failed renewal or unsent box to be a cancellation, as we will wait for your confirmation.

When will I be billed for my Sparkle Box?

On your ship date you will be billed the monthly $27.95

Shipping and Tracking

Can I customize my shipping frequency?

Sparkle Box only ships once a month at this time.

Can I change my Sparkle Box shipment date?

Yes! Please contact us through our contact page, and let us know what day you would like your box to ship on each month. Your shipment date will be the day of the month you signed up on unless you submit a request for a different date.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! If you don't need an upcoming shipment, you can change your ship date from your Account page.

If I skip a month and change my mind, can I still receive the box?

Yes, as long as you go into your account settings at least 4 days prior to your usual ship date, you can undo skipping that month. You may also want to contact us at to double insure that you receive your box.

Do you ship to my country?

Right now we only ship within the domestic United States. Please check back in the future to see if this has changed!

What if my address has changed?

You can always change your address from within your account settings. Please make sure to update it at least 4 days before your next shipping date.
